New Training Opportunities at VENT Fitness

I am happy to announce that I will be working with VENT Fitness to bring you new fitness programming beginning this winter to the Capital District fitness community. To meet the needs of our endurance athletes, and those interested in learning more about endurance sports and fitness, VENT Fitness is adding several options to their fitness programming line-up. I will be personally coaching the following classes and programs for the 2022-2023 season:

  • RIDE Group Cycling - Thursdays 6p-7p. This session is taught by a Cyclist/ for Cyclists and is structured with the road cyclist in mind. Week-to-week training follows basic principles of progressive overload and is a great alternative for indoor training. STARTS DECEMBER 1st @ Guilderland VENT.

  • Triathlon Training - Mondays and Wednesdays 6p-7:45p. Eight weeks of focused training for the Triathlete. This program is perfect for both the experienced Triathlete looking for discipline-specific training to advance their racing skill-set, as well as for beginners looking for a great program to develop a solid base for their Triathlon training. STARTS JANUARY 9th @ Latham VENT.

  • US Masters Swimming - Wednesdays 7p-8p. Relaunching the Masters Swimming program that will provide a high level of individual attention to each program participant. Focus will include developing sound swimming technique, cultivating an efficient stroke, learning body awareness in the water, building swimming endurance, and maximizing top-end power and speed in the water. STARTS March 15th @ Latham VENT.

  • Triathlon Training & US Masters Swimming @ Guilderland VENT will also be launching soon. Stay tuned for specific scheduling for this programming.

Brian, I would love more info on all of the programs. I loved masters swimming and really excelled when doing it prior to covid.

I did 6 tris this year and need to train hard this winter

Also, ate you a certified coach? If so though which organization?
